Tengu paper (Tosa Tengujo) is used worldwide for a wide variety of conservation and restoration procedures, and is particularly suitable for reinforcing and protecting documents. Thanks to special machine finishing, the paper is produced at only 1.6 g/m2, which is currently the thinnest paper in the world.
Japanese Tengu paper is ideal for separation, repair and surface protection and many other applications. In addition to an extraordinary aesthetic impression, it is characterized by flexibility, durability and resistance to tearing because it is made of pure Kozo fibers (100% Kozo). It is preferred for professional use in archives, libraries, museums and wherever quality and durability of paper are required.
